Your satisfaction and happiness with your swimwear purchase is a priority to us.
At this time we are able to either offer store credit or the option to exchange your item for another item on our online store.
Please note that all 'Last Call' items are Final Sale.
For either option, we kindly ask that you return your swimsuit and have it postmarked within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your shipment.
HICA purchases can be easily returned for FREE (no return shipping or handling fees). If you use our pre-paid return shipping label (follow the return procedures described below). We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, if applicable, unless the return was a result of our error.
We will only accept unwashed and unworn swimwear with the original tags and sanitary liners in place. In order to complete your return, please follow the steps below:
STEP 1 – EMAIL US TO REQUEST AN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER
Contact us at returns@lovehica.com within 14 days of receiving the merchandise for an authorization number and desired method of either exchange or store credit. Please be sure to include your order number, and reason for the exchange in the email.
STEP 2 – PRINT AUTHORIZATION NUMBER
Once you have been approved for your authorization number you can then print the e-mail with the authorization number as your packing slip. If you do not have a printer you may simply write down your authorization number on your original packing slip and pack it with your return item(s).
STEP 3 – SAFELY PACK AND SHIP
